Aliki Saragas is a South African documentary filmmaker and photographer, who at the age of 24, started her own production company, Elafos Productions. Aliki’s first documentary feature film, Strike a Rock, participated in Good Pitch Kenya 2016, and the European Documentary Network Pitch and it has won numerous awards, among them The Sole Luna Doc Film Festival Best Documentary, the film was selected and
won the Talents Award at Berlinale Talents Durban 2018. Aliki was voted as one of the 100 Young Mandela’s of the future 2018, she sits on the board of SWIFT (Sisters Working in Film and Television Organisation) and is part of leading the #ThatsNotOk anti-sexual harassment campaign in the country.

Costanza Quatriglio
Costanza Quatriglio is a film director and the artistic director of the Experimental Center of Cinematography in Sicily, which is focused on documentary cinema. She made her debut with L’isola. Among her documentary films presented in the most important international festivals and winners of several awards there are: Ècosaimale? (2000), Il bambino Gioacchino (2000) The bag by Hélène (2001) Insomnia by Devi (2001), Il mondo addosso (2006), Il mio cuore umano (2009), Terramatta (2012 – Nastro d’Argento), Con il fiato sospeso (2013) Triangle (2014 – Nastro d’Argento), 87 ore (2015). Her last film, Sembra mio figlio, was presented at the Locarno festival.

Tiziana Lo Porto was born in Bolzano in 1972 and lived in Algiers and Palermo. She currently lives in Rome, where she translates and writes for “D La Repubblica delle donne” and “Il Venerdì”. She edited and translated books by Charles Bukowski, Jim Carroll, James Franco, Francesca Marciano, Jacques Derrida, Lena Dunham, Kim Gordon and Patti Smith. Together with Daniele Marotta she is the author of the graphic novel Superzelda. La vita disegnata di Zelda Fitzgerald (minimum fax, 2011), translated in different languages. She edited the volume with the collection of interviews Bernardo Bertolucci. Cinema la prima volta (minimum fax, 2016).

Giorgio Treves was born in New York on 1945. Assistant of Rosi, De Sica and Visconti, he made his debut in 1972 with K-Z, which was nominated for best documentary at the Oscars. La coda del diavolo (1986) his first feature film won the David di Donatello for the best debut. In 2001 Rosa e Cornelia won the Grolla d ‘Oro. Luchino Visconti – Le vie della Recherche (2008) is at Rome Film Festival, in Biarritz and in Montreal. Gian Luigi Rondi: vita cinema passione (2014) is at Venice Film Festival and wins the Nastro D’Argento and the Golden Globe. In 2017 60. Ieri, Oggi e Domani is a candidate for best documentary at David di Donatello and the Golden Globe.
