Three lives are intertwined in a psychiatric community in Palermo. Giuseppe doesn’t want to get old, he spends his days fully immersed into rock music. In spring his given time in the community will run out. Ursula has found love, but between illness and medications it is not easy for her to look after another person. Bianca is a communist, she longs for the outside world and feels caged, far from everything and her children. In the static time of the community, everyone is waiting for something to happen to survive.
