“When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it …… always.”

Mahatma Gandhi

Sole Luna Doc Film Festival, founded in 2006, with the specific aim of initiating processes of friendship and exchange between peoples directs its activities mainly to the younger generation, with the profound conviction that mutual understanding is the natural bridge of transmission of positive values. The archive of thousands of documentary films collected in 10 years is a shareable treasure where we’ve gathered a group of productions that calls for a worldwide reflection on the defense of human rights.
We’ve always had a diverse audience, but we believe it is essential to reach a larger number of young people and, to do this, we decided to join the schools with determination, to be among the students, those who represent the future of the world. A group of teachers, who has always followed our activities, will be the ambassador of the “Sole Luna” message, through showcases created ad hoc and chosen from our proposal, ” Human Right Collection “.
