A documentary about Ibtisam and Jonathan both newcomers to Tel Aviv, neighbours who fall in love. Ibtisam is a Palestinian-Israeli, Jonathan a Jewish-Canadian immigrant. Luck was not on their side: they had to deal with their racist families, the 2009 Gaza war and increasing xenophobia in Israel.
