Sole Luna Treviso Doc Film Festival
14/20 September 2015, Museo di Santa Caterina/ Palazzo dei Trecento, Treviso
[rev_slider SLfotoTV15]
The aim of the festival is to bring to the attention of a wide audience original and courageous points of view on known or little known issues, in order to stimulate the curiosity and learn more about the world near and far, ignite debates, promote meetings, start collaboration and cooperation also unpredictable.
Cinema, and in particular documentary films, as well as being an artistic product must also be a document that puts questions, which wonders about the history and relations between men and places, a tool able to speak of “cultures” and tell them. The “point of view” of the documentary film is an anthropological vision of the world.
Born in 2006 in Palermo, in 2014 the festival takes place both in Palermo and Treviso in prestigious and historical locations, if possible, creating outdoor cinemas in the cloisters.
